Wild Road Spirits

Wild Road Spirits are a small family owned distillery, based in Bayswater, WA, producing new-age Australian Spirits. We focus on creating compelling flavour profiles that are bold and rich in nature. We’re not here to make another dry gin, rather to do it our way, the wild way.
We currently produce four gins: Citrus Mistress (Silver 2020), Gin Ne Sais Quoi (Silver 2020), D’ginn Du Sol, and a limited release Rosè Mami (Bronze 2023). Our new releases include; a Botanical Rum Spirit winning a Silver at 2023 Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, and 2023 Perth Royal Show, and two Whisky's - Jekyll and Hyde. Jekyll is a single malt, winning Gold at Perth Royal Show (2023), and Hyde a four grain whisky picking up a silver at Perth Royal Show (2023).
The ethos is to push the boundaries of category and produce well-rounded experimental spirits, to sip beyond the ordinary.
We offer a mobile rustic bar which we can bring to any event. A menu designed by experienced bartenders to fit any spritz, modern or classic feel. All equipment and glasses catered for, as well as brilliant experienced bartenders.
