HHH Distill

HHH Distill is a boutique distillery located in the Bickley Valley. It is the brain child of our founder, owner and distiller, Hilton, who decided it was time to leave the corporate world and put his engineering brain to use designing and building copper stills, and of course making alcohol. At the moment we are producing gin, with whisky on track for launch in 2024.

We have four gins which each have their own distinct character and flavour profile and are called Wax Lyrical (with Geraldton Wax), KLC (Kaffir Lime and Cumquat), Miss Myrtle (with Honey Myrtle) and our colour changing Wax Lyrical Blue (turns pink/purple when tonic water is added).

The focus with our range of gins is to use local botanicals for the signature flavour/s in each gin. These are usually botanicals that we can find on and source from our property in the Perth Hills.
