Kninja Meggs Knitwear

"Hi, my name is Megan and I'm a knitting addict."
Wherever I go, I take my knitting. I knit on planes, trains, in the cinema, and at the dinner table. Hence, 'knitting kninja' was born.

I knit modern clothing and accessories for women, babies, and children by hand. My knitwear is designed and handmade by me using natural fibres; predominantly Australian Merino wool. Wool is sourced from Australian spinners, dyers, and suppliers, and I support Western Australian producers wherever possible. With the Perth climate in mind, I also knit garments in cooler natural yarns such as cotton, linen, and bamboo blends.

I love the diversity knitting provides, and unlike some age-old handcrafts, knitting certainly can move with the times. I break the "knitting is for old ladies" stereotype with my unique contemporary designs. I work to ensure my products are modern and stylish, yet still hold the timeless beauty that knitting is renowned for.
