Visitor FAQs

1. What dates and times are the markets held?

We hold many markets spread throughout the year at different locations around the city. The following markets are upcoming:

2. Is the market disable access friendly?

Yes! Heathcote Cultural Precinct is a disable access friendly site with pathways and no steps. We allocate the on-site parking to be disabled only. Should you arrive and this parking area be full, we have a drop off area available. There are disabled toilets available on site. If you need assistance locating them please ask market staff.

3. Am I able to bring my dog to the market?

As much as we would love to say yes, the answer is unfortunately no. Heathcote Cultural Precinct does not allow dogs, and there are signs to that effect on site. We also would not want there to be an incident involving any pooches should they be startled by other dogs, kids and the large crowd on site.

4. What are my transport/parking options for getting to Heathcote Cultural Precinct?

There is dedicated event parking next to the market on the Heathcote Lower Lands. This parking is managed by Applecross Rotary as a fundraiser for their non-profit organisation. Parking is by donation.

If you are interested in a beautiful walk along the river to get to the market, you can arrive by Public Transport to the Canning Bridge train station on the Mandurah Train Line. The walk is approximately 20 minutes.

5. Where can I contact the market organiser with any questions?

The best way to reach us is using the Contact Us form on this website or reaching us through our Facebook page. Alternatively, if you would like you can give us a call during office hours.
