After help from a friend in learning the ropes of jewellery making and design, Prilly launched Pearluxo online in late 2022. 

Pearluxo sells accessories ranging from earrings to necklaces, and bags. A lot of dedication, craftsmanship, and time is needed as each product is handmade with love.

All the magic takes place in the small Pearluxo home office, where Prilly keeps all her materials and beads, hand-picked from Indonesia. Prilly dedicates around 20 minutes to making an earring, around an hour to making a necklace, and a couple of hours to making a bag. 

A product launch could take a few months to prepare on the Pearluxo website, so timing and organisation are key to keep everything on track!

As a busy full-time employee, Prilly works on Pearluxo after work hours and occasionally on the weekends. A day in her life starts from 7 am at her work office, coming home to prep dinner and to spend time with her adorable Frenchie pup, then finally working on her side hustle.

Along with running her business, Prilly is dedicated to immersing herself in all sectors of her business, including website design. She learned how to design Pearluxo’s website by herself, along with help from a website auditor to fine-tune it. For now, she is avid on learning marketing strategies to target the right audience for Pearluxo.

Prilly aspires to get Pearluxo’s products into a giftware shop, attend more markets and meet other small business owners in the future.
