We started from humble beginnings at Kalamunda and Victoria Park farmer's markets. After years of hardwork (and still working hard), we finally opened a little patisserie cafe, located in the lovely suburb of Lathlain, Perth.
Our team of talented and dedicated pastry chefs have the experience of not only working and learning from some of the best chefs in Australia but also internationally renowned chefs including the likes of Pierre Zimmermann, Stephane Glacier MOF, Sebastian Cannone MOF, Peter Yuen and Joel Robuchon.
